What should be the prevailing message for '04?

If things remain the same as they are now, I was thinking that the emphasis should be something along the following lines.

Bush pretty much gave the finger to the rest of the world and squandered all the post 9-11 good will. Now he is going back to try and get the rest of the world to get us out of the mess he created through deception and lies which killing thousands and throwing our economy into the biggest deficit in history. We can't continue to think we can bully the rest of the world, including our allies, into doing our bidding. We must change the tone in Washington by changing the resident in the White House so that those from whom we seek assistance and sacrifice from can feel confident that they are no longer being deceived.

Or something like that.

Other suggestions? :)
