This is a very misleading statement. Go to Thomas and search "impeachment" in the 108th and 109th Congresses. There have been at least one resolution filed in each.

They are referred to the House Judiciary Committee where they sit, unless brought to the full committee by the chair (Sensenbrenner).

Do you really think Sensenbrenner would act on yet another resolution?

This will not happen until the Dems control the House.
