and i'm tired of always blaming teachers also. parents need to make sure their kids are doing the work. i know some parents who never kept a watch over their kids progress. you can't blame the teachers on that. also, for kids who need extra help, we should fund programs to help them here. if it means staying after school for tutoring or whatever. public education should provide that. and make sure parents meet with teachers.
