Basically a stuffed eggplant. Very yummy.

Here goes........

One medium eggplant
I pound of lean ground beef
Juice of one lemon
One half cup of rice
Three crushed garlic cloves
One large onion, diced finely
Two tablespoons of savory
One can of tomatoes

Cut the eggplant lenthwise in two (the long way for you Americans). Core it and keep the innard stuff to make the stuffing. Combine all the shit above with the eggplant innards. Stuff the eggplant, cover with the tomatoes and bake for 90 minutes.
