I cried at the scene where a kid from Minnesota has called Milk seeking advice. He had come out to his family and they were going to put him in the hospital.
This scene reminded me of my younger brother's coming out when he was 14. My mom's reaction was to get him a subscription to Playboy. This from a woman who had a gay brother!
