5. Try 32 'owners' of real estate in back-of-nowhere Louisiana.
Miz t.'s family.
3 generations died intestate.
She now has an undivided 1/32 interest in 4 or 5 separate parcels about 350 acres way out in the boonies kinda near Lake Charles.

There 'were' oil and gas wells on one parcel that she used to get around $100 a month from.
Then $60, $50, $40...and for the last three years...nada.
Nobody knows why the money dried up and nobody will invest any money to find out why.

But the real estate taxes still have to be paid every year.
She took on that task so the land wouldn't be sold for back taxes.
Now we have to dun the other 31 to kick in their share.
It's like pulling teeth.
Especially since the royalties aren't coming in.
