They would have to stop selling about half of their jerseys in all sports, since quite a few others are druggies, woman beaters, drunk drivers, gamblers, absentee fathers, tax cheats or just general jackasses...

And to be consistent, will Dick's refuse to stock merchandise of teams whose OWNERS have come under legal or ethical scrutiny??


If they really wanted to make some kind of social statement with impact, Dick's would stop selling Nike gear or shoddy China-made crap -- But then the store would be empty... So they get to make news by NOT putting the five or ten Vick jerseys on a rack...
