pretty much as representative a show as the original series ever did...also according to what I read the "Horta" costume was naught but some foam leftovers that were glued together, darn thing looked so odd that someone jsut ahd to write a story around it.
So I like the "something from nothing" nature of the script.
Also "Balance of Terror", "The Doomsday Machine", and the "Ultimate Computer" (a wonderful ep in which the late William Marshall actually out-chews the scenery...given the fact the Shatner freely calls himself a "ham-o-saurus" this is no small achievement)...
