ugh...so I tried to cook a couple of meals in advance.. I hate to think about folks who live in climates that don't have air-conditioning...or those who can't afford the payments. :-(
But, I do remember when a "reverse fan" in the evenings worked great...like air conditioning...if one worked in an "office" where there WAS Air-Condioning, you could come home and with a "reverse output" fan or fans in your house be comfortable with windows open all night.
