This only works in Québec, although the rest of Canada can divide the standard one year parental leave between the mother and the father (so can we). Québec sort of runs it's own version of the program and added an extra 5 week paternity leave that does not reduce the duration of the regular parental leave. I get 5 weeks, my wife still gets her full year.


This rocks so damn much! :headbang:

Edit: My company does not give me a percentage of my salary though. It gives 10% to mothers, but shit all to fathers. Yay for equality.
