low acid food. google acid/alkaline diet. It's not really a diet, it's just a matter of what you eat. My pH was real low. After strict low acid eating, my pH shot up into healthy range. It changed my life. I still can get away with a little dairy, wheat and caffeine etc, but they are now treats instead of staples. I eat "raw" regularly now. (And that doesn't mean just veggies.... google it. or ask some of the people on the alternative health/spirituality forum here) It changed my life. I was a 40 year old man eating like I was 20. My body was literally convulsing telling me it was time to change what I put in my mouth . I also lost 15 lbs for good........ Just my story with a happy ending and no harmful drugs with side effects along the way.
