27. It's inevitable that the two (and Clapton too)
will be compared: Brit blues/rock guys of the late sixties. I think Clapton is the truest to the blues roots, and Page/Zep were a creative force; one of the best rock bands of all time. But JBs guitar vocabulary is just so much wider and more interesting than the other two that it puts him for me in another league. And on top of that the way the dude can bend a note just brings a fuckin tear to my eye! I'm not sure I can say that about *any* other player.
