www.avery.com and play around there for a while. Then download DesignPro Limited which will do all sorts of great things. It can use every font you have in all sorts of twisty ways and allows you to import and scale graphics. It's the free, not the full, version but it will do almost everything you need.

When you buy the card stock for the business cards, make sure you get the "clean edge" kind that just kind of falls apart without leaving "chads" that look horribly amateurish. This stuff is cleaner, and a lot easier, than just using some 150 pound card stock and getting out the paper trimmer.

Word, Works, WordPerfect and some other word processors have built in label and card templates that you can use. I've used the one in Microsoft Works, and for some things it's even easier than Avery.
