I ate at her restaurant late in 2005. They have a buffet during lunch and I was there just as they were bringing out a new thing of mashed potatoes. I swear the melted butter was just standing on top - like water after a rain and the ground just can't soak it up.
I wanted to take a picture, but my husband said it would be tacky. :shrug:
