In 1992, I worked for the Tsongas campaign in the Minneapolis headquarters. One afternoon, I decided to stop in at the Homer Dome and check it out. Amazingly, the staff said to go ahead and take a look around. The grounds crew was in the process of setting up the baseball field for a college tournament hosted by the University of Minnesota.
