Olin Puckett of Tennessee has been convicted of reckless endangerment and reckless aggravated assault after he set his wife on fire as part of a bizarre sex act.

Let's see here. First we had a Maryland woman get hurt when using a sex toy attached to a saber saw didn't go as planned. Then it was the Serbian woman who had to have a pine cone she jammed in that area surgically removed. And now this. Gee. What's next?
