10. Nope.
Not mostly, anyways. Some caverns and caves charge small fees and depending on where the parks/landmarks are located gas can be of concern. I also take him to amusement parks and museums as well and once a year we go and dig for diamonds. (haven't found one yet)

I'm not completely frugal, we just have to spend what extra money we do have wisely and try to have as much fun and adventure as possible.
