preemption is going nowhere

I don't think Rendell realizes that there is a section in the PA constitution which garuntees the right to bear arms all across the state...not just in areas outside philly and pittsburgh

to steal a quote from the Ortiz decision (the PA preemption case)

"The constitution
does not provide that the right to bear arms shall not be
questioned in any part of the commonwealth, except Philadelphia and
Pittsburgh, where it may be abridged at will, but that it shall not
be questioned in any part of the commonwealth"

i guess rendell hasnt read this part
