And you need to take a remedial statistics course. Ninety guns for every 100 people does not mean that 90 percent have guns. Many people have more than one gun; and a large proportion of us have none.

Some hunters have several guns, and that makes good sense for how they may pursue that avocation.

But it also means that some real whackos have armories that are major threats to the rest of us.
