I haven't seen you be critical of any sources - sorry about that.
If you clinked on the link three times tonight then you hit a site every time - the site where the document is hosted. I'm not sure how much more clearly I can explain this.
Websites can have folders where they host a variety of different documents. By clicking on the link with the pdf extention - you are going into that web site's document folder and accessing the pdf.
The document has to be hosted somewhere for you to be able to access it by clicking on that link. The somewhere in this case is the aforementioned nukeisrael site.
