Yet, don't we consider him a Terrorist? Are we going to create a scale system? If a Terrorist helps an old woman across the street, does that cancel out bombing innocent women and children elsewhere?

I understand that Hitler didn't smoke, so what, he was Hitler. He launched a world war, and slaughtered millions of innocents.

The UAE has helped the terrorists in the past, and we have no idea what they will do in the future. Perhaps having control of our ports will put just one person in a position to do serious harm to us, or perhaps nothing will happen.
