2. The definition of courgaeous leadership is

what is being debated. The more timid are waiting for polls, focus groups and clear signs of victory before proceeding on their principles. The more courgaeous group wants to set policy and debate on its merits demonstrating a working knowledge of leadership. Protection of the status quo in times of war is despicable in light of the costs of incompetence and cowardice. Future elections are being determined by people who cared deeply about that abominable 2002 Aye vote with cautious politicians being astounded that it remains a central issue years later. Steering a safe course protects what is currently there for the establishment, but will not win a majority because it is not based on sound principles that engages the people. A rift or schism is about to open as clear markers are being forced upon the Democratic party politicians and this is a new phenomenon that is not controllable using the methods and tactics of stall and delay as have been used so successfully by status quo milquetoast pols of the past.

As always, WelshTerrier2 you outline the essential issue. ;)

on edit 2008 the new 2002...
