Yes, I know that the Ig Nobels are handed out for improbable research, but go with me on this. :hi:

What put this idea in my head was NanceGregg's excellent post, And the Non-Winner of the Nobel Peace Prize Is .... I found myself asking: what kind of Nobel level awards could be given to the MisAdministration? The Ignobel War Prize? Best Smirk? Most Chilling Soundbite?

Who would you nominate, and for what award?
