Reply #47: I'll second your vote for Richardson and your opinion on Obama

Richardson has remarkably improved in his speaking and interview skills. I think his early flubs turned off a lot of folks but they ought to give him a second look. He's got a record of getting his agenda through legislatures that is unmatched by any of the candidates. Beginning with his leadership role as deputy whip in congress, he gets legislation through without having to dilute too much from it's original intent. With the current dysfunctional congress, he'd make a huge difference in getting our agenda passed.

Obama is the candidate running closest to Hillary in all the polls. He also has one of the biggest war chests to launch an ad blitz. Heck, I may vote for him in my meaningless Florida primary if Richardson falls too low in the earlier contests. He's my second choice and I can't see any reason to write him off because of a campaign gaffe.
