I matter. I am a citizen of this country and a concerned registered democrat who voted. I have written your office many times, I have taken the time to voice my concern to you but you neither acknowledge my correspondence or seem concerned about what so many in this nation are raising their voices in fear and dare I say trembling about.
This is not a noise about a political objective, it is a valid response to a frightening and corrupt takeover of freedom. Many have died throughout our history to preserve this idea of democracy and liberty. What has been your sacrifice? Again, I dare and say you have sacrificed nothing in this call. You won't even give a response to me or the millions of others calling on you to act responsibly to our country. In fact, you felt your responsibility to America started when you refused to consider what you are Constitutionally obligated and mandated to uphold in your position as Speaker of the House of Representatives. You, Nancy Pelosi, took the Impeachment of a corrupt, and willfully deceitful ruler/decider/lawbreaking president off the table.
The future is in your hands - history is your responsibility.
I don't have children. I don't have grandchildren. What do you tell your own grandchildren if you have any?
Do you look into a child's eyes and promise them freedom and liberty? You give us excuses for your cowardess. You pass the buck saying there isn't the votes for acting. You owe the country, history, the future, and the world - yes, the world community an option for something beside the
holocaust that feels inevitable. This administration lied to you, the Congress, the American people, the United Nations about a war that has cost Iraq over one million civilian deaths and nearing 4,000 American soldiers. We don't even hear about the other war, the unfinished and also unsuccessful Afghanistan debacle where American soldiers are killed, along with civilian deaths. Did this war and these deaths leave your memory as well? What about Iran? We know it's the next killing field, and you do too.
You have a responsibility to act.
You are as bad a Captain as he is
Commander-in-Chief.
Don't bother responding to me about this, I can't stomach your excuses.
If you don't believe this administration is criminal, explain the violations to my Constitutional Rights. Or, pretend this doesn't exist as well.
