7. It is a joke to pretend that there's a certain purity to an Edwards win
compared with Obama or Clinton. He has invested years of his life (i.e. more time) and, in the aggregate, just as much money promoting himself in that state as any other candidate. I think Nichols embarrasses himself with this analysis.
