7. Obama sponsors ethics bill on full disclosure for bundlers- Clinton doesn't sign one
Unlike the new ethics rules controlling Congress, there is no requirement for full disclosure of the fortunes being amassed for candidates by bundlers. A strong bill to mandate disclosure sits waiting in Congress. So far, such a well-bundled front-runner as Senator Hillary Clinton has yet to sign on as a co-sponsor.

The measure, championed by Senator Russ Feingold and co-sponsored by Senator Barack Obama, a presidential aspirant, offers the added boon of trying to revive publicly assisted campaigning by updating the funding schedule to keep pace with hustings inflation. Without a requirement for full disclosure of who is giving how much to whom — and a cleaner, alternative flow of cash — the bundlers will always win.
