Public school teachers would be fired for Shuster's remarks

Most public school teachers in my district are younger than Shuster and probably paid a tenth of what he makes, if that. They certainly are used to this type of language, more so than a forty something like Shuster. But they would not use this language in the classroom or even about other adults in the workplace. If they did, they wouldn't be there. Why are the professional standards so much higher for low-paid teachers with no one to write scripts for them, no personal assistants, no researchers, no lunch breaks half the time? I am sick of these overpaid corporate media blowhards. They have no idea of what it's like to actually work in the real world.

This post is from the point of view of a teacher because I am one. But I am sure it applies to many other professions as well.
