...which goes to the heart of what kind of President she'd be.
She gave the most important staff position in her campaign to Mark Penn. And paid him $4.3 million to do it.
Is this the same kind of decision-making process she'd use to name her Attorney General? Or Secretary of State?
More proof that "ready on day one" is an empty platitude.
