77. perhaps it's an age difference
As an early boomer we got the same thing from the older generation . Now that I am older I can see why . they felt and for good reason we were not up enough in politics to make a good choice .

All the youth think they have all the answers and are easy to manipulate .

Part of it may also be that the older generation is not ready nore trusts the picture of this future that is so vaguely painted .

Everyone wants change but people have to know what that is . No one wants to be left out .

We were more into stopping a war than into campaigns even though this was part of stopping the war . It took a long time and we were lied to by Nixon who said he would end it .

I don't feel either Hillary or Obama have the intent on ending this one either . Get lied to enough times and you become difficult to fool and it's difficult to buy into anything that looks too good .

Personally I still can't get past Obamas Reagan comments , he just slipped right past that one .
