We've been doing it for years. CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the nation's media seem dumbfounded. It is really not that hard.

What I really love is the intimation that the weighting of the delegates for the primary vote is unfair or that something sneaky is going on. Folks, this is what we do nationwide. For example, New york has fewer electoral votes than Texas, but more democratic delegates. Why? Because they vote more democratic. No one from Texas gripes about this. Same thing in each of our state senate districts. Those that turn out more folks who vote for democrats, get more delegates. In the hispanic districts, they have been hurt by (a) comparative apathy in 2006 and (b) voting for Bush in 2004.
