Texas is very close - his campaign had planned for him to be there until the Primary. Something happened that made his campaign believe that they could take Ohio - and that he had a fighting chance in RI.

If he can deny her Oh and Ri - and leave her either winless or take an even # of delegates - than the Supers will start announcing support in large enough #s to give him a clear path to the nomination.
