it COULD happen. It's pretty fishy that it did.

Most of the problems would arise from the actual video, and how a frame could be then placed into an ad. It depends on the compression, the video generation, etc. Still, it would be a shoddy job to say the least. I know video or multimedia students would get graded for shit on something with an image that shoddy, so for pros to do it? That's iffy. Unless the campaign had some amateur on their staff make up an ad, but why would they do that? Likely they'd hire a pro or already have one that does their work. It's sketchy.
