Because he desperately wants Clinton to be the nominee for a GOP victory in November. After all she is the candidate of choice for the DLC, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter and the corporations that run this country. If that doesn't give you pause, then nothing else will.

EDITED to add: Flipped over to Fox News this morning to see the GOP spin. Who do I see but Karl Rove himself. And he was just one short step from whacking off right there on the set at the prospects of Clinton as the Democratic nominee.

There's a reason why these people are so happy.
