As sad and horrible as it is (a friend's daughter was a close friend of the UNC student), the coverage seems to be overboard. The fact that 8 Israelis and 120 Palestinians died in the last 4 days seems almost an afterthought.
Or that pandemics are about to start in Iraq because of no sewage systems, no potable water, and no meds or docs.

So, I can see why the campaign news would concentrate on the firing/resignation of Power, instead of Wolfson, or the changing numbers in California and Texas.
