Reply #184: Hillary's going for the SCARED Vote

Hillary's people are going after the votes of people -and there are many!- who are scared that Obama, a black man, will be as bad a President as many African-Americans have been as Mayors. what people in general have noted over the past two decades: urban mayors such as Marion Berry, Bill Campbell, Marc Morial have been corrupt, egotistical and incompetent. City schools take in lots of money which never gets to the classrooms. I speak with white people who have these fears. it's not generally hatred which drives prejudice but the observation that black elected officials are often not up to the jobs they've been elected to.

Obama will only be able to overcome the prejudice by being excellent. I hope and believe he will be. ~smile~
