To me, that reads "Clinton". By the weird rules of the game of public perception, Obama is helped by support from a Super, while Clinton's negatives would only be reinforced by a public pledge from a Super. It makes sense for SDs to hold out their support for Clinton until she starts winning enough big states for Supers to go public. If she caves, or fails to reach the threshhold, then it's in their interests to stay mum until forced to take a side.

Of course, that's just game theory. Occam's razor would suggest that they are simply holding out until they know who the winner is, thereby staying in the good graces of the eventual nominee.
