... since before TX/OH/VT/RI Tuesday. The Clinton campaign has known for quite a while that they couldn't catch him in elected pledged delegates and so have been going heavily negative since around the time of the TX debate. Their only way to win the nomination is to convince enough superdelegates to ignore the voters and go with Hillary, instead.
