36. Exactly. She uses the top number (the gross) when the reality is much worse.
She has a much smaller donor base than Obama, thus a lot of her donors are maxed out and so they can only give to her GE fund, which she can't use in the primaries (and the donors get their money back if she doesn't get the nomination). We won't know the actual split, because she hides it until the 20th when it must be released by law.

She's really in a big financial crisis. How does she possibly compete in PA, IN, etc? She continues to stiff vendors, and look to see her trying to get as much free press as possible (more rages against Obama flyers?).
