Health Insurance can be made affordable and available by forcing the Insurance companies to reduce their charges and deductibles.
Oil and Gas Companies and other Companies who are causing the green house gases should be held accountable and required to clean up their act.
Minimum wage is $5.25 I think. A gallon of Gas is close to $4.00. How can people pay anymore. Reduce the costs first then perhaps people won't have to pay mandatory fees. So many cannot afford it.
