By the time we completed the process of getting the order down the chain of command to the bunkers where we have the nukes, then got them retargeted, then conferred with the remaining authorities in Israel, and then with the Russians, Tehran would already be a glowing bowl of glass.

So it's not only moot, it's irrelevant. Which makes one wonder why Ms. Clinton made a point of saying it in the first place.
