126. The DNC specifically requested names be removed
And the pledge required a candidate not "participate" in the election. When that pledge was signed, it was too late to remove your name from the Florida ballot, but not too late to remove it from the Michigan ballot.

Clinton, under the rules, should specifically gan zero delegates from Michigan because she chose to participate.
