35. It's exciting ...
It's happening!

Over the weekend when all this Wright hype was going on, wasn't Obama starting his 50-state strategy? Things are in gear for the GE.

And, when it comes down to it, I think most people know that Obama is more electable (over McCain) than HRC. When you stack up HRC's negatives and compare them to Obama's, HRC's negatives are far greater and far more deep seated than Obama's negatives. The second wave of the Rev. Wright hype is already over. The HRC/McCain and Obama/McCain polls are irrelevant. McCain isn't campaigning against HRC - if he were we would be seeing tons and tons and tons and tons of negative stuff against Clinton. Once this happened, I am sure we would see a lot of differences in these polls. I think these GE polls are essentially meaningless at this point.

And, I think people are mistaken if they think Obama won't be tough against McCain. Obama is being very restrained against HRC because Obama is a decent person, he cares for the Democratic party (I say this as an Independent myself) and he is not going to campaign against a Democratic candidate the same way he will campaign against Repubilican one.

I think Obama is going to be really tough against McCain, not in the little quips, snarky way, but really tough.
