That is proceeding according to the DNC approved plan. The "top two" primary system is an entirely different kettle of fish. Quite a few LD organizations are seriously pissed off about being required to nominate just one candidate for state representatives and/or senator at their LD conventions that this idiotic ruling made necessary.

My point about Gregoire is that no matter how much she dislikes Sims, she would NEVER in a million years call him less qualified for the governorship than Dino Rossi. And you know damned well that was the point. Clinton was campaigning for McSame, and it was disgusting.
