13. The response will be, regardless of what "the people" want:
Florida's primary election tally shall stand, however, delegate totals will be reduced by an amount of one-half. Additionally, all "Superdelegates" shall not have a vote. Michigan will do the same, with the uncommitted votes instructed to go to Sen. Obama, albeit both delegate totals will be halved, with no allowance for Superdelegate votes. No amount of protesting will change this fact, and in this scenario, Hillary Clinton receives a benefit that she would not have had if the DNC upheld the actual by-laws, which would render both states without delegates. This will increase the amount of delegates needed to win the nomination to 2118, which accounts for the addition of Florida and Michigan delegates halved.
