Kerry probably wasn't going to run anyway, and certainly not after the "joke" - with or without her throwing him under the bus.

But A WHOLE BUNCH of Kerry-supporting folks saw what she did and guess who they are supporting now? Three guesses and the first two don't count. Very few Kerry backers went to Clinton. He had built quite an infrastructure in 2004, and with one mean and unnecessary sentence she insured most of the key players would NOT support her.
