He's the second person to put out this LIE tonight. Chris Matthews said nearly the same thing, but used the numbers 82% then and 63% now. Both are using his TRANSITION approval for the higher number and his more recent approval for the lower number. The truth is he started with a 68% approval rating and today has a 66% approval rating. I seem to see a pattern of deception.
