Good luck with it- because it's going to take something serious- and likely quite violent (more likely a set of such things) for people to clue in and support the necessary reforms (which the FCC could be doing right now, if they're paying attention and documenting the facts).

So called "free" markets aren't going to make it happen outside of major regulatory changes.
