You're betting away the little power we have left on the notion that we're going to have a massive tidal wave of support in 2006? Horrible, horrible idea, in my opinion.

What happens if we DON'T win back 5 Senate seats and 16 House seats? Then it's another 2 years of being COMPLETELY powerless.

That means "Welcome Supreme Court Justice Estrada". That means "Welcome Supreme Court Justice Pickering". That means "Sure, we'll ABSOLUTELY pass the declarations of war against Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and <insert country here>". And just about anything else you can think of.
