U.S. Senate! Ive posted about this in the past, but the fact that he keeps meeting with high profile dem's leads me to believe he's seriously thinking about it.

Review Journal:

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman continued to tickle political speculators Thursday, revealing that he met with three high-profile Democratic U.S. senators about a possible run for the Senate.

He said he had meetings last week with Sens. Barak Obama, Edward Kennedy, and Charles Schumer, all influential members of the Democratic leadership, when he was in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

Jack Carter, son of former President Jimmy Carter, is scheduled to kick off his campaign for Senate on Monday.

Goodman said that he has spoken to Carter, a Democrat. "I consider him a friend. I wish him, and all candidates for office, well."
